🚀 We're Hiring | Executive / Senior Executive – Facilities Management
Join Timezone India and play a key role in ensuring seamless facility operations across our venues nationwide.
🔑 Key Responsibility
- Manage preventive & corrective maintenance across multiple Timezone venues.
- Oversee MEP systems including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Safety, DG Sets, UPS, Lifts, and entertainment equipment.
- Coordinate with AMC vendors, contractors, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and facility audit readiness.
- Drive asset management, maintenance planning, and operational excellence.
- Monitor KPIs such as PM compliance, MTTR, asset uptime, SLA adherence, and vendor performance.
- Support new venue openings, refurbishments, and infrastructure projects.
- Frequent travel across India for inspections, audits, and project coordination.
✅ What We're Looking For
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Retail, Hospitality, Entertainment, Shopping Malls, or Commercial Buildings.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance operations.
- Excellent coordination, vendor management, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

✈️ Travel: Pan-India venue visits and inspections
