Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are updated regularly.
- Monitor and track inward and outward movement of materials across the warehouse and production units.
- Coordinate with the Procurement, Warehouse, and Production teams to ensure seamless inventory operations.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
- Conduct periodic stock reconciliation and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory and recommend appropriate actions.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective measures to minimize stock variances.
- Support inventory audits and maintain proper documentation of all stock transactions.
- Assist in optimizing inventory levels to avoid stock shortages and excess inventory.
