Job Description: Executive- Finance & Accounts
• Department: Finance & Accounts
• Experience: 3-4 yrs
• Salary range : Rs 25,000 to Rs 35,000
• Location : Dhole Patil Road, Pune-411001

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Graduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce
• Software Skills: Excellent command on MS Excel and Tally
• Languages: Proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation and maintenance of the Daily Work Status Report of Animation production staff using software and Costing report generation on monthly basis
• Accounting of invoices for production and general expenses in Tally.
• Performing GST & TDS checks and ensuring compliance.
• Assisting in Internal and Statutory audit
• Assisting in preparation of YouTube revenue reports.
• Management of title registration.& Trademark cases – Follow up and status maintenance
• Checking and verifying animation production files and backend server data.
• Preparation of vendor work agreements.
• Performing branch reconciliation within Tally.
