We are looking for a confident, talkative, and target-driven Executive - Business Development who can do outbound calling and convert leads into confirmed helicopter bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales & Lead Conversion
- Call outbound leads from our database - Corporate, HNI, Travel Agents, Tour Operators.
- Convert inbound leads from Website, Google Ads, IndiaMART, Yatra enquiries into bookings.
2. Sales Closure
- Explain charter pricing, per-seat Yatra packages, Heli-Taxi services
- Achieve monthly booking / revenue targets
3. CRM & Follow-up
- Update all calls and lead status in CRM
- Systematic follow-up until closure - no lead left behind
Requirements:
- 6 month -1 Years experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Travel Sales / Aviation Sales
- Excellent communication in Hindi & English
- Must be comfortable with hardcore outbound calling and target pressure
- Prior experience in Aviation, Travel, Tourism, or Yatra sales is a big advantage
- Good convincing and closing skills
