- 3–6 years of professional experience, preferably in a business management, operations, consulting, e-commerce, strategy, or similar environment.
- Experience working closely with senior management/founders/MDs/CEOs.
- Strong business understanding and commercial acumen, rather than purely administrative experience.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams, projects, and priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong English proficiency.
- Comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, senior stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Strong follow-up and execution skills — someone who ensures that tasks assigned by the MD actually get completed.
- Ability to prepare reports, presentations, business updates, and management dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; should be able to understand a situation, identify the issue, and suggest solutions.
- Experience in vendor management, negotiation, client management, or stakeholder management would be valuable.
- Should be comfortable with business travel, meetings, events, and working across different locations.
- High level of confidentiality, maturity, discretion, and professional conduct.
- Should be proactive rather than waiting for instructions and capable of independently managing responsibilities.
- Excellent command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
- Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities may change frequently.
