Key Responsibilities• Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Creative, HR, and Accounts teams.
• Track follow-ups, pending tasks, project updates, and deadlines.
• Prepare emails, presentations, reports, MOMs, and business documents.
• Coordinate client meetings and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day business operations and timely execution.

Requirements• 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Executive Coordinator.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
