About the CEO & Practice:
This role works directly with Dhananjay Jha, author of The Clarity Code, business coach, and CEO of Digital Masterminds and BotlinQ — brands owned by OptiAI Entrepreneurial Solutions (P) Limited.
His coaching and consulting practice works closely with entrepreneurs and business owners through coaching, consulting and strategic interventions. He also maintains an active professional presence through business networks, speaking engagements, thought leadership and social media.
This role is being created to help the CEO operate at greater leverage by ensuring that important relationships, opportunities, clients, commitments and strategic initiatives are systematically managed through the CEO's office.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organised and resourceful Executive Assistant to the CEO.
This is not a conventional administrative EA role. You will work across strategic partnerships, client success, CEO networking, thought leadership, personal-brand operations and executive-office coordination.
You should be able to take an objective, determine how to execute it, coordinate the right people and follow it through until closure.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partnerships & Speaking Opportunities
- Identify relevant brands, companies, colleges, universities, business associations and professional communities.
- Reach decision-makers and create guest lectures, workshops, panels and speaking opportunities.
- Manage relevant paid and unpaid opportunities.
- Draft personalised email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp outreach.
- Conduct professional calling and follow-up.
- Coordinate topics, schedules, commercial discussions and logistics.
- Maintain a structured partnership and speaking pipeline.
Success will be measured by the quality of opportunities and relationships created, not outreach volume.
2. Coaching Operations & Client Success
- Coordinate coaching sessions, reminders and schedules.
- Track assignments, commitments and pending actions.
- Collect relevant information before sessions and brief the CEO where required.
- Follow up with clients between sessions and identify clients who may need intervention.
- Coordinate post-session actions and resources.
- Maintain relationships with past clients through check-ins, testimonials, case studies, referrals and future opportunities.
The objective is an exceptional client experience and long-term relationship.
3. CEO Networking & Business Opportunity Development
- Identify relevant networking events, business forums and founder communities.
- Evaluate which events are worth the CEO's time.
- Research important attendees and prepare concise briefing notes.
- Identify founders, CEOs and business leaders the CEO should meet.
- Facilitate introductions where possible and manage follow-ups.
- Maintain a structured relationship database.
- Identify coaching, consulting, collaboration, media, speaking and other strategic opportunities.
4. Thought Leadership & Strategic Interview Projects
A current priority is coordinating interviews with established CEOs, founders and business leaders for an upcoming book.
- Research and prioritise suitable leaders.
- Identify warm introductions where possible.
- Draft personalised invitations and communicate with senior offices.
- Manage follow-ups, scheduling and briefing notes.
- Coordinate interview timing, venue, recording and logistics.
- Manage confirmations, post-interview communication and long-term relationships.
This may later extend to CEO roundtables, podcasts, research conversations and other thought-leadership initiatives.
5. CEO Office & Executive Support
- Manage the CEO's calendar and priority meetings.
- Schedule and confirm meetings.
- Maintain action trackers and follow-up systems.
- Track commitments until closure.
- Prepare meeting briefs where required.
- Coordinate internal/external communication, records, selected travel and event logistics.
- Proactively remind, escalate and intervene where required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
6. Personal Brand & Content Operations
The CEO has an existing content team. This role is not expected to be a designer, video editor or full-time content creator.
- Maintain the CEO's content and shoot calendar.
- Collect and organise ideas, voice notes and raw inputs.
- Coordinate briefs with the CEO and content team.
- Ensure speaking engagements, interviews and events are properly captured.
- Route relevant assets and context to the content team.
- Coordinate approvals where required.
- Monitor relevant LinkedIn/Instagram comments and DMs.
- Flag meaningful conversations, leads, invitations and opportunities.

Skills & Requirements
- Communication: Excellent spoken Hindi; very good spoken/written English; strong email, messaging and telephone communication; comfortable with cold/warm outreach and senior executives.
- Execution: Strong follow-up discipline, organisation, task management, research, stakeholder coordination, attention to detail, confidentiality and ability to work independently.
- Digital: Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Instagram, Zoom/Google Meet, AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, and CRM/task-management systems.
- Notion, HubSpot, Zoho, Calendly, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva or automation tools are an advantage.
- Preferred Background
- Executive Assistant to CEO/Founder, Founder's Office, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Client Success/Servicing, Account Management, PR/Corporate Communications, Community Management, Events, premium relationship management, or coaching/consulting operations.
Education & Experience
- Graduate required; MBA / PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Communication, maturity, ownership, judgment and execution ability matter more than academic credentials.
Location & Mobility
- This is a full-time, on-site role in Raipur. Candidates must be Raipur-based or willing to relocate.
- Local travel for meetings, events and relationship-building is part of the role. Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Occasional evening networking events, selected weekend programes and accompanying the CEO to relevant meetings may be required. This does not mean routine late working.
Compensation & Terms
- Fixed: ₹4.5 – ₹6.0 LPA
- Performance Variable: Up to ₹1.5 LPA, linked to measurable outcomes.
- Probation: 6 months, with a formal review around Day 90.
- Notice Period: 30 days on either side during and after probation.
- Confidentiality: The selected candidate will sign appropriate confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations.
