About the Company
SPR is a reputed real estate company based in Chennai with an established track record, strong market credibility, and a growing portfolio of residential and/or commercial development projects. As the company enters its next phase of growth, with multiple projects planned for delivery over the coming decade, we are looking to strengthen the Managing Director’s Office with a high-calibre EA to MD who can drive execution, alignment, and strategic initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Initiatives and Business Planning: Work with the MD to identify, prioritise and drive key strategic initiatives. Convert leadership priorities into clear workstreams, ownership, timelines and measurable outcomes.
- Execution and Project Governance: Track MD's projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely execution. Set up reviews, dashboards and escalation mechanisms to resolve risks, delays and dependencies.
- Director’s Office Support: Act as a trusted support partner to the MD on business priorities, execution challenges and organisational issues. Prepare briefs, reports, presentations and follow up on key action items.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a bridge between the MD and department heads to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables. Drive collaboration, structured communication and accountability across teams.
- Performance Monitoring and Analytics: Develop dashboards and review reports covering project progress, sales, collections, approvals, costs and customer experience. Analyse data and provide insights to support faster leadership decisions.
- Process Improvement and Organisation Building: Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, decision speed and accountability. Support SOPs, tools, governance structures and scalable practices as the company grows.
- Success Measures : Success will be measured by timely execution of priorities, stronger project visibility, faster issue resolution and better leadership reporting. The role should improve cross-functional coordination and support disciplined execution as the company scales.
