Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in New Delhi. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and processing expense reports, organizing documents and correspondence, tracking action items, and ensuring effective follow-up. The role requires maintaining confidential information, coordinating internal and external communication, and supporting the preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting materials. The Executive Assistant will also help streamline office workflows, liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth daily operations for the executives supported.
Qualifications
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning.
- Experience handling Expense Reports and related documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven Administrative Assistance capabilities, including document management, filing, and office coordination.
- Relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a professional services or communications environment.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and ability to manage confidential information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office suite, calendar and conferencing applications).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
