We are looking for an ambitious, highly organized, and entrepreneurial professional to work directly with the Founder across these businesses and strategic initiatives.
Position: Executive – Founder’s Office & Business Strategy
📍 Location: Kalyan (Mumbai) – Full-Time, Onsite
💰 Compensation: Based on experience, communication skills, and overall capabilities.
Freshers who possess exceptional communication skills, confidence, and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Remote or Work From Home is not available for this role.
About the Role
- This is not a conventional Executive Assistant role.
- You will work directly with the Founder on business strategy, operations, research, technology, marketing, events, new ventures, and special projects.
- Every day will be different.
- One day you may be preparing a presentation for investors, another day researching global fashion trends, coordinating a trade show, planning a rewards platform, or assisting in launching a new fashion brand.
- If you enjoy learning, solving problems, meeting people, and building businesses, this role offers exceptional exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Founder’s Office
- Work directly with the Founder on strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate multiple business projects simultaneously.
- Track project progress and ensure timely execution.
- Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist in decision-making through research and analysis.
Business Strategy & Research
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Study emerging fashion and retail trends.
- Prepare business reports and recommendations.
- Support expansion into new ventures.
Project Management
Coordinate and support projects such as:
- INTIMASIA
- Source NXT
- Lingerie Fashion Week
- UnderRoof
- Change Masters
- Fashion Jewellery
- Lingerie Accessories
- Rewards & Loyalty Platform
- Fashion eCommerce
- AI & Automation Projects
Business Development
- Coordinate with brands and business partners.
- Support client meetings and presentations.
- Build and maintain professional relationships.
- Assist in identifying strategic partnerships.
Marketing & Communications
- Prepare presentations and proposals.
- Assist in content planning and social media initiatives.
- Coordinate with creative agencies and marketing teams.
- Help manage branding and communication activities.
Operations
- Coordinate day-to-day business activities.
- Assist with process improvements.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards.
- Support cross-functional coordination.
Technology & AI
- Utilize AI tools for research, content creation, productivity, and automation.
- Explore new technologies to improve business efficiency.
- Assist in digital transformation initiatives.
