What You'll Do
• Plan and execute events end to end: talent hunts (TalentWave), sports tournaments, corporate engagement days, school and college events
• Manage registrations and event pages on Luma, or our inhouse app drive sign-ups
• Run promotions across social media, WhatsApp communities, schools and societies
• Build partnerships with schools, colleges, corporates, venues and sponsors
• Own event budgets, vendors and on-ground execution
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years in event management
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi
• Based in or near Ghaziabad, Noida Sector 62 or Gaur City
• Preferred: school-events experience, Luma experience, a portfolio of past events
Compensation: Up to ₹40k/month plus incentives (negotiable for strong school-events/Partnerships experience)
