WE ARE HIRING — EVENT TEAM (3 OPEN POSITIONS)
Miracle Events (Est. 2007) is expanding! If you’re passionate, energetic and ready to work on large-scale political, sports, social and wedding events, we’d love to meet you.
We're hiring for the following positions:
EVENT MANAGER
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in event planning/execution
What you’ll handle:
- End-to-end event management
- Vendor coordination & client handling
- Team leadership during on-ground execution
- Budgeting & timeline management
- Ensuring smooth delivery of events with large footfalls
EVENT ASSISTANT
Experience: Minimum 1 year
What you’ll do:
- Support the Event Manager in planning & coordination
- Handle basic vendor and client communication
- Assist with on-site operations, logistics & documentation
EVENT TRAINEE
Experience: Freshers welcome
What you’ll learn:
- Exposure to large-scale events
- Understanding operations, logistics & client service
- Hands-on experience in the event industry
- Opportunity to grow within a leading event company
