Job Title: Sr. ERP Functional Consultant - Finance
Work Type: WFO only

Software Skills: Any ERP Software experience with Finance & Taxation Module Implementation
Role Description:
- ERP System design, configure, and deliver finance modules within Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions.
- Daily responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping and optimizing finance-related processes, and translating them into ERP configurations for Indian Taxation (GST, TDS, TCS), General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and related financial workflows.
- The role involves conducting functional workshops, preparing documentation (BRDs, functional specs, test cases), supporting data migration, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless integrations and customizations.
- The consultant will participate in implementation lifecycles, including fit-gap analysis, user training, UAT support, and post-go-live stabilization and troubleshooting. Ongoing tasks include providing functional support, advising clients on best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives for finance operations.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Business Process and Finance, with the ability to map and optimize end-to-end finance workflows in an ERP environment.
- Hands-on experience with ERP Implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, NAV, Axapta, SAP, Oodo, etc.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, identifying process gaps, and proposing practical, value-driven solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients in a remote setup, with clear and professional communication skills.
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, testing, user training, and post-implementation support for finance modules.
- Familiarity with related Microsoft technologies such as Power BI for financial reporting and Azure-hosted solutions is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; professional certifications in ERP or finance (e.g., Dynamics 365 certifications, CA/CMA/MBA Finance) are beneficial.
