Role Description The EPM Jr Architect will support the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions in close collaboration with senior architects. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram involves assisting in system architecture design, supporting software configuration, and contributing to integration projects across financial and EPM systems. The role includes documenting architecture and data flows, participating in solution testing, and ensuring alignment with compliance and audit requirements. The EPM Jr Architect will work with cross-functional teams, contribute to project planning and status reporting, and help troubleshoot technical issues to maintain stable and scalable EPM environments.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design for EPM and financial systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development to support configuration, customization, and technical implementation tasks.
- Candidates should possess skills in Integration to assist with data flows between ERP, EPM, and reporting platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management to coordinate tasks, track progress, and support timely delivery.
- Relevant qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Beneficial experience includes exposure to EPM tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP, CCH Tagetik), financial consolidation processes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate in small expert teams are expected.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced, agile consulting environment is required.
