Role Description The Enterprise Sales Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for driving adoption of Kipps.AI among mid-market and enterprise customers. In this role, you will prospect and qualify new leads, run product demos, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach to contract close. You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, address customer needs, and translate feedback into actionable insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining a robust pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring a smooth handoff to customer success for implementation and onboarding. You will use data-driven sales practices, maintain accurate CRM records, and represent Kipps.AI at virtual events and meetings with key decision-makers.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in lead-focused activities, including Lead Generation and Sales Operations, with the ability to build and manage a high-quality pipeline.
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in B2B SaaS or technology environments.
- Proficiency in Account Management, including nurturing relationships with enterprise stakeholders and driving expansion opportunities.
- Experience selling complex solutions, ideally AI, automation, or customer experience platforms, to mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, and data to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
