1. National Key Account Manager (On-site: Noida/NCR, India)
Role Description:
Manage strategic key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth across KTPL’s telecom, system integration, and IT solutions portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing account plans, identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and coordinating complex system integration proposals with internal technical and operations teams. The role involves conducting regular business reviews with key clients, resolving escalations, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with senior leadership to support nationwide business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
• System Integration Background: Proven track record and hands-on experience working within system integration, with a deep understanding of end-to-end SI project lifecycles.
• Strong account management skills with experience handling national or strategic enterprise clients.
• Robust analytical and business planning capabilities, including pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and growth strategy development.
• Excellent customer service, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, technical, operations, and finance teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

2. Business Development Manager (On-site: Noida/NCR, India)
Role Description:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities in telecom connectivity, IT infrastructure, managed services, and enterprise security solutions, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and commercial offers, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to design tailored solutions, respond to RFPs and tenders, and track market trends to achieve defined revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications:
• Strong background in B2B sales and business development within telecom, networking, or IT services.
• Ability to understand and articulate solutions such as Internet Leased Lines, corporate broadband, MPLS VPN, SD-WAN, managed Wi-Fi, IT infrastructure, and enterprise security.
• Skills in pipeline management, opportunity qualification, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to interpret customer requirements and translate them into viable solutions.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong time management skills.
• Prior experience in the Delhi/NCR market or similar enterprise environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.

3. Key Account Manager - Government Sales (On-site: Noida/NCR, India)
Role Description:
Acquire, manage, and grow strategic government accounts for KTPL’s telecom and IT solutions. Focus on identifying government tenders and opportunities, managing bid processes, and developing proposals aligned with public sector requirements. You will build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensure timely delivery against SLA commitments, prepare sales forecasts, report on policy developments, and support contract renewals and expansions within government entities.
Qualifications:
• Experience in government or public sector sales, including tendering, RFP/RFQ processes, and compliance with local regulations.
• Strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills to develop and grow strategic government relationships.
• Solid analytical and business planning capabilities to interpret data, forecast sales, and design account strategies.
• Knowledge of telecom, connectivity, and IT infrastructure solutions (e.g., SD-WAN, hybrid cloud, zero-trust security), and the ability to translate technical offerings into clear business value.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills; proficiency in English (Hindi proficiency is an advantage).
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi/NCR and travel as needed to meet government stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications in sales or telecom/IT is a plus.
