Role Description The English Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based at Gratis in Panchkula. The trainer will deliver classroom sessions across IELTS, PTE, Spoken English, and communication-focused programmes, using the institute’s documented curricula and assessment systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting lessons, conducting interactive teaching activities, evaluating student performance through regular tests, providing individual feedback, and maintaining accurate progress records. The role also involves supporting students with exam strategies, speaking practice, and language-building exercises, as well as collaborating with the academic team to refine teaching materials and uphold training quality standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching skills, with the ability to handle exam-preparation and spoken English classes.
- Candidates should possess solid Writing and written communication skills to provide clear feedback, model answers, and exam-oriented practice materials.
- Relevant skills such as excellent spoken English, familiarity with IELTS and PTE formats, and experience teaching in a classroom or coaching institute environment are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field, along with recognized English proficiency or teaching certifications (e.g., TESOL, CELTA), is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to motivate diverse learners, as well as willingness to work full time on-site in Panchkula, are required.
