We're Hiring | Data Engineering Manager / Team Lead | Pune (Hybrid)
Are you passionate about building modern data platforms, leading high-performing engineering teams, and driving cloud transformation?
We're looking for an experienced Data Engineering Manager / Team Lead to join a global product engineering organization building next-generation data platforms.
📍 Location: Pune
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days/Week Work From Office)
💼 Experience: 10–15 Years
What You'll Do
✔ Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers, driving technical excellence and delivery.
✔ Design and build scalable ETL pipelines, cloud-native data platforms, and modern data architectures.
✔ Lead cloud modernization initiatives, migrating on-premise data platforms to Azure.
✔ Drive AI-assisted engineering practices and operational excellence.
✔ Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver high-impact data solutions.
Required Skills
✅ Python, SQL, ETL Development & Data Pipeline Engineering
✅ Azure Cloud, Databricks, Apache Airflow, Azure Data Factory / Synapse
✅ Kafka / Azure Event Hub and event-driven architectures
✅ Database technologies (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)
✅ Cloud data migration, API integrations, UNIX/Shell scripting
✅ Experience leading Data Engineering teams in an Agile environment
