The company has a team of over 200 experts with more than 1,500 man-years of combined experience in QA/QC, due diligence, energy yield assessment, lender’s engineering, design and engineering, site management, EPC, project development, and quality monitoring. Role Description The Engineer/Senior Engineer (Renewable Energy) role is a full-time hybrid position based in Noida, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves supporting technical assessments and design activities for renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, hybrid solutions, and related power systems. Daily tasks include conducting feasibility studies, performing technical due diligence, reviewing engineering designs, and contributing to energy yield assessments. The engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, assist in preparing technical reports and client presentations, and support QA/QC processes for projects at various stages of development. The role also includes coordinating with clients and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and contributing to continuous improvement of tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Power Generation and Power Systems for utility-scale and distributed renewable energy projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Wind Energy and Electrical Engineering for design, analysis, and performance assessment of renewable assets.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of steam and related thermodynamic principles, especially for integrated or hybrid energy systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in engineering calculations and use of relevant software tools (e.g., power system analysis, yield assessment).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Power Systems, or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience in utility-scale renewable projects (wind, solar, hybrid, or storage) and familiarity with international and Indian standards and grid codes.
- Effective communication skills, ability to prepare clear technical documentation, and capability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience with due diligence, QA/QC, or lender’s engineering activities in the renewable energy sector is an advantage.
