Job Summary
- Conceptualize, plan and execute employee engagement strategy and to execute engagement initiatives (events, fun activities) around key themes/events.
- Lead and Analyze results from the engagement surveys to create focused action plans to positively impact employee experience.
- Organize skill development programs for the growth of the employees.
- Design & implement creative social media engagement plans.
- Engaging employees with company culture by the means of activity, events, contest along with celebrating festivals important days which will create cross departmental communication and a healthy working environment for all employees.
- Develop creative content for events.
- Execution of Medical support and other medical wellness programs within office premises.
- Executing pre & post event responsibilities. Use social media platforms to the most for employer branding and employee engagement.
