About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Embedded Systems Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and troubleshoot
embedded systems involving hardware, firmware, sensors, and communication interfaces. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in embedded C/C++, microcontrollers, debugging, and hardware software integration.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software and firmware for electronic systems.
• Develop applications using Embedded C/C++ for microcontrollers and embedded platforms.
• Work with ARM-based microcontrollers, STM32, ESP32, or similar platforms.
• Interface and communicate with sensors, actuators, displays, and other electronic components.
• Work with communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, RS485, and Modbus.
• Develop and integrate device drivers and peripheral interfaces.
• Work with RTOS and real-time embedded applications where required.
• Perform hardware-software integration, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Use tools such as JTAG/SWD, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and debugging tools.
• Identify and resolve hardware, firmware, communication, and system-level issues.
• Participate in system testing, validation, documentation, and product improvement.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, application, service, and testing teams.
• Support field troubleshooting and product deployment when required.
Required Skills
• Strong programming knowledge in C/C++ and Embedded C.
• Good understanding of microcontrollers and embedded systems architecture.
• Hands-on experience with ARM/STM32/ESP32 or similar microcontrollers.
• Knowledge of I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, RS485, Modbus, or similar protocols.
• Understanding of RTOS, interrupts, timers, GPIO, ADC/DAC, PWM, and peripherals.
• Good knowledge of hardware-software integration and debugging.
• Familiarity with Git/version control and embedded development tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience working with sensors, data acquisition systems, IoT devices, or scientific/electronic instruments will be an advantage.
• Experience with environmental monitoring, meteorological, agricultural, or industrial instrumentation will be preferred.
