Experience: 3–4 Years
We are looking for a hands-on Embedded Hardware Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in embedded systems, PCB development, sensor integration, and firmware programming.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop PCB boards for embedded and IoT-based products.
- Work with different sensors and electronic components and integrate them with microcontrollers.
- Develop and modify embedded firmware using C/C++.
- Perform PCB soldering, assembly, testing, and hardware debugging.
- Interface sensors such as temperature, pressure, motion, proximity, current, voltage, etc.
- Work with microcontrollers such as ESP32, STM32, Arduino, ARM, or similar platforms.
- Work with communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, RS485, CAN, and Modbus.
- Use basic laboratory equipment such as multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply, and soldering/rework station.
- Troubleshoot hardware and firmware issues and identify the root cause.
- Prepare basic schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs, and technical documentation.
- Work closely with software and mechanical teams to integrate complete products.
Required Skills
Must Have:
- 3–4 years of experience in embedded hardware/firmware development.
- Strong knowledge of Embedded C/C++.
- Good understanding of sensors and sensor interfacing.
- Practical PCB design experience.
- Practical PCB soldering and rework experience.
- Experience with microcontrollers.
- Good hardware and firmware debugging skills.
- Ability to read circuit diagrams and electronic component datasheets.
Good to Have
- Experience with IoT products.
- Experience with ESP32/STM32.
- Knowledge of RS485/Modbus/CAN.
- Experience with industrial automation or electronic products.
- Experience with Altium, KiCad, Eagle, or similar PCB design software.
Candidate Profile
We need someone who is hands-on, not just a theoretical engineer.
The candidate should be able to take a basic requirement, select the sensor and MCU, design the PCB, solder/build the prototype, write the firmware, test the hardware, and troubleshoot problems.
Education: B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Embedded Systems, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related field.
Experience: 3–4 years
