We’re looking for an experienced
Email Marketing Specialist who can help us create and send high-performing email campaigns with a strong focus on
open rates, deliverability, clicks, replies, and conversions.
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
- Improve email open rates and click-through rates
- Create compelling subject lines and email copy
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and targeting
- Create email sequences and automated campaigns
- Perform A/B testing of subject lines, content, CTAs, and sending times
- Monitor email deliverability, bounce rates, spam complaints, and sender reputation
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize results
- Help generate qualified leads through email campaigns
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in Email Marketing
- Strong understanding of email deliverability
- Proven ability to improve email engagement
- Good copywriting and subject-line writing skills
- Experience with email marketing tools and analytics
- Data-driven approach to campaign optimization
- Ability to independently manage campaigns from strategy → execution → reporting
Experience with cold email/outbound email marketing is a big plus.
💰 Salary
₹20,000 per month
