About the Role
CyberToss Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an E-commerce & Email Marketing Executive for our international projects team.
We are looking for candidates with practical knowledge or internship experience in E-commerce Operations and Email Marketing. Freshers with relevant hands-on skills are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce
- Manage product listings, uploads, pricing and inventory updates.
- Assist with Shopify and/or WordPress/WooCommerce stores.
- Conduct product and competitor research.
- Support day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Email Marketing
- Create, schedule and manage email campaigns.
- Assist with audience segmentation and email database management.
- Set up basic automated workflows such as welcome, follow-up, abandoned-cart, post-purchase and re-engagement emails.
- Monitor basic campaign performance.
Data & Research
- Conduct online research and maintain project data.
- Maintain Excel sheets, databases and reports.
- Use Google Sheets, AI tools and other relevant platforms.
Eligibility & Skills
- Any Graduate – Arts, Commerce or Science.
- Internship experience or practical knowledge in E-commerce and/or Email Marketing.
- Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce or product listing.
- Understanding of email campaigns, segmentation and automation.
- Basic MS Excel, Google Sheets and online research skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in the Night Shift.
Added Advantage: Experience with email marketing/automation tools, CRM platforms, AI tools, digital marketing or social media marketing.
