📍 Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
🗓️ Working Days: 6 Days/Week
💰 Payout: ₹12–15 LPA
🎯 Experience: 10–12 Years
🔹 Position: Electroplating Head
We are looking for an experienced Electroplating Head with strong hands-on knowledge of jewelry electroplating processes and the ability to manage the complete plating operation.
🔹 Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
✅ 10–12 years of relevant experience in Jewelry Manufacturing / Electroplating
✅ Strong knowledge of Gold, Silver, Rhodium, Rose Gold & other jewelry plating processes
✅ Expertise in electroplating chemicals, solutions, bath preparation & maintenance
✅ Knowledge of plating thickness, color matching, finishing & quality control
✅ Experience in surface preparation, cleaning, polishing and pre/post-plating processes
✅ Ability to troubleshoot plating defects, color variation, adhesion issues & finishing problems
✅ Knowledge of plating equipment, machinery and maintenance
✅ Strong understanding of quality standards, wastage control and process optimization
✅ Ability to manage and supervise the plating team / operators
✅ Ensure production targets, quality and timelines are achieved
✅ Strong knowledge of safety procedures and chemical handling
