Responsibilities
- Operate SMT pick-and-place and reflow soldering equipment.
- Assemble and solder SMD and through-hole PCBs.
- Inspect assembled PCBs and perform basic testing.
- Manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and component inventory.
- Receive, label, and organize electronic components.
- Prepare kits for PCB assembly and production.
- Update inventory and production records.
- Assist in prototype assembly and new product development.
- Maintain production tools, equipment, and a clean workspace.
- Support packaging, quality checks, and dispatch when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.
- Experience with soldering SMD and through-hole components.
- Familiarity with SMT assembly processes.
- Basic understanding of electronic components and PCB layouts.
- Ability to read schematics and BOMs.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with inventory management is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience operating SMT machines (e.g., NeoDen or similar).
- Knowledge of KiCad or other PCB design software.
- Experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Willingness to learn new manufacturing processes.
