Role Description The Production Operator role at Terasol Energy Private Limited is a full-time position based in Vadodara. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery on production lines, ensuring safe and efficient manufacturing of solar encapsulant sheets. Daily activities include setting up equipment, following standard operating procedures, performing in-process checks, and reporting any deviations or maintenance needs. The role involves supporting quality control activities by inspecting materials, documenting production data, and adhering to safety and compliance guidelines. The Production Operator will also collaborate with team members, participate in training, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and working on EVA/EPE Production Lines in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including basic inspection, measurement, and documentation of production parameters.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for coordination with team members and support functions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training, including willingness to learn new processes, follow instructions, and assist in peer training when required.
- Basic technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in polymers, plastics, or solar industry, will be beneficial.
- Ability to follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a technical or vocational qualification in mechanical, electrical, or production disciplines is an advantage.
- Prior experience in industrial or plant operations is preferred, with flexibility to work shifts and meet production targets.
