Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role based in Mumbai. The Electrical Engineer will design, develop, and review electrical systems and layouts for industrial and commercial projects. Daily responsibilities include preparing detailed electrical drawings, supporting power distribution planning, performing load calculations, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role involves collaborating with project managers, other engineers, and technicians to troubleshoot electrical issues, optimize power systems, and support project execution from concept through commissioning. The Electrical Engineer will also prepare technical documentation, participate in site inspections, and support quality assurance and safety practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering and Electricity, with a solid understanding of fundamental electrical principles.
- Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design, including creating schematics, layouts, and detailed engineering documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Power Distribution and Power Systems, including load analysis, system protection, and network reliability.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Experience with relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations (e.g., IEC, IEEE, local regulations).
- Proficiency in CAD or electrical design software and familiarity with project documentation tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Prior experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects in Mumbai or similar environments is an advantage.
