WE’RE HIRING: HSE OFFICERS & MANAGERS | MUMBAI
Life First Health & Safety is expanding its team for Film, Television, OTT Productions & Live Events and is looking for experienced, confident and technically strong HSE professionals.
Open Positions
* Junior Safety Officer: ₹25,000–₹35,000/month
* Safety / HSE Officer: ₹35,000–₹45,000/month
* Senior Safety Officer / HSE Manager: ₹45,000–₹55,000/month
What We’re Looking For
* Ideally 3+ years of HSE/Safety experience
* Film set, television, production or live-event safety experience strongly preferred
* ADIS / MSBTE Safety Qualification / NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA / Industrial or Fire Safety qualification, or equivalent
* Engineering qualification is an added advantage
* Strong practical knowledge of Risk Assessment, HIRA/JSA/JRA, Work at Height, Scaffolding, Fire & Electrical Safety, First Aid and Emergency Preparedness
* Excellent communication, analytical and report-writing skills
* Ability to confidently coordinate with Production, Heads of Departments, contractors and crew
The role involves working directly on productions — reading scripts and scene breakdowns, anticipating risks, preparing risk assessments, conducting site inspections and planning crew, fire, medical and emergency safety before and during shoots.
Senior candidates should be capable of leading safety teams and independently managing HSE requirements for productions with 100–200+ crew members.
Important
This is an on-ground production role involving approximately 10–13-hour shifts across different studios and shooting locations in Mumbai/MMR. Meals are provided on site.
