About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Education Counsellors** to join our team at CCN. The ideal candidate should have experience in **EdTech sales, education counselling, course sales, or student counselling** and be confident in handling prospective students and converting enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
* Counsel prospective students regarding CCN's courses, programs, and career opportunities.
* Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
* Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
* Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
* Follow up with prospective students regularly and maintain a strong conversion pipeline.
* Explain course structure, fees, duration, career scope, and other relevant details to students and parents.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
* Build strong relationships with students and ensure a smooth admission process.
* Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for student onboarding.
* Consistently work towards achieving individual and team revenue targets.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in EdTech / Education Counselling / Inside Sales / Course Sales.**
* Strong communication and convincing skills.
* Excellent Hindi and English communication; Marathi will be an added advantage.
* Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
* Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
* Ability to handle objections and convert leads into admissions.
* Candidates from reputed **EdTech companies** with relevant counselling/sales experience are preferred.
* **Immediate joiners are preferred.**
