Are you passionate about helping students achieve their international education dreams? We're looking for an experienced Admissions Counselor to guide students and families through the university admissions journey — with a strong focus on partner university applications and student conversion.
What You'll Do
🔹 Counsel students & parents on universities, courses, destinations, entry requirements, and career pathways
🔹 Build personalized university shortlists based on academic profile, goals, budget, and preferences
🔹 Manage partner university applications end-to-end — enquiry to submission, offer, and enrolment
🔹 Support with documentation, scholarships, admission requirements, and visa guidance
🔹 Maintain timely follow-ups with students and university representatives
🔹 Manage student records and communication via CRM/student management systems
🔹 Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and university reps
🔹 Support webinars, school visits, seminars, exhibitions & outreach activities
🔹 Identify new student recruitment and business development opportunities
🔹 Stay on top of university requirements, deadlines, scholarships & market changes
🔹 Work towards individual & team targets with a student-first, ethical approach
🔹 Take on additional projects/responsibilities as the role evolves
What We're Looking For
✅ Bachelor's degree or equivalent
✅ 2+ years' experience in international education, admissions, or student counseling
✅ Strong knowledge of UK, Ireland, Australia & New Zealand education markets
✅ Hands-on experience with partner university applications
✅ Understanding of international admissions, scholarships & visa processes
✅ Experience with CRM/student management systems
✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal & counseling skills
✅ Strong organization, follow-up & time management skills
✅ Comfortable in a target-driven environment
✅ Fluent in written & spoken English
