🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Counsel students on suitable courses and career opportunities.
• Understand students’ academic background, interests, and career goals.
• Handle and follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.
• Guide prospective students throughout the admission process.
• Convert qualified leads into successful admissions/enrolments.
• Maintain lead records, counselling details, and follow-up trackers.
• Achieve individual and team admission targets.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission and onboarding.
• Stay updated on courses, eligibility criteria, and education trends.
🔹 Skills Required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong counselling, interpersonal, and convincing abilities.
• Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome!
• Experience in educational counselling, admissions, sales, or tele-counselling will be an advantage.
