At College Vidya, we help working professionals and students choose the right online degree, without bias and without pressure. We’re looking for Education Counsellors / Career Development Advisors who can do both: guide learners honestly and close admissions.

📍 Location: Noida (On-site)
🎓 Experience: 1–3 years in online degree counselling / edtech sales
🏢 About College Vidya
Founded in 2017 and run by Blackboard E-Learning Pvt. Ltd., College Vidya is one of India’s leading platforms for comparing online universities. Learners trust us as a neutral, unbiased place to find the right university and program for their career.
🎯 What you’ll do
• Talk to prospective learners on call, email and in person to understand their career goals
• Recommend the right UG/PG online program, explaining structure, fees and career outcomes clearly
• Guide applicants from first enquiry to final enrolment
• Hit and beat monthly and quarterly admission targets
• Keep clean records of every interaction and follow-up in the CRM
• Track competitor offerings and market trends to sharpen your pitch
📊 What success looks like (please read before applying)
This is a target-driven sales role. Your daily and monthly benchmarks:
• 200+ unique dials per day
• 2+ hours of talk time daily
• 8–12 admissions per month (UG/PG online degrees)
• ₹7–10 lakh in monthly revenue
If these numbers excite you rather than scare you, you’ll do very well here, and your incentives will show it.
✅ You’re a great fit if you have
• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, Business or Marketing preferred)
• 1–3 years in sales, academic counselling or student advisory, ideally online degree counselling
• Experience with CRM tools (LSQ, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and MS Office
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling skills
• The drive to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented team
• Bonus: you know online learning platforms and digital education trends
