Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident fresh graduates to join our team as Education Counselling Executives. The role involves interacting with prospective students, understanding their educational goals, providing initial guidance on study-abroad opportunities, and connecting them with the appropriate counselling team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective students through outbound calls and respond to education-related enquiries.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, preferred countries, courses, and budgets.
- Provide basic information about universities, courses, scholarships, and study-abroad opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with interested students and maintain meaningful communication.
- Qualify leads and identify students who are genuinely interested in studying abroad.
- Schedule counselling appointments with senior counsellors and admission specialists.
- Maintain accurate lead information, call records, and follow-up status in the CRM/database.
- Communicate professionally with students and parents and build strong relationships.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions teams for smooth lead handling.
- Work towards assigned calling, follow-up, and lead engagement targets.
- Continuously learn about international education destinations, universities, courses, and admission processes.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates from Business, Management, Marketing, Communication, or related fields are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with students and parents over the phone.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, customer service, or sales is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Noida.
