Jhauri is looking for a hands-on E-commerce Operations & Shopify Executive to manage our website, marketplace backend, orders and logistics operations.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Managing and updating our Shopify website
- Managing the Webkul marketplace backend & vendor dashboard
- Handling product uploads, inventory, pricing, collections and website updates
- Monitoring and troubleshooting website/backend issues
- Managing orders, cancellations, returns and replacements
- Coordinating with vendors for order processing and dispatch
- Managing logistics platforms such as Shiprocket, Delhivery and other delivery portals
- Tracking shipments, RTOs and delivery issues
- Coordinating with Shopify/Webkul/development teams whenever technical issues arise
- Ensuring smooth execution of website campaigns, offers and influencer marketing activities
What we're looking for:
- 1+ year of experience in e-commerce operations / Shopify / marketplace management
- Hands-on experience with Shopify is mandatory
- Webkul experience is preferred
- Experience with shipping platforms such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Shipway, etc. is a plus
- Good understanding of e-commerce operations and order management
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Someone who can take ownership and get things done independently
