Sales Manager - Terrai
We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive Terrai’s sales growth and expand the brand’s presence across retail, marketplaces and emerging online channels.
The role will own month-on-month sales growth, new channel development, retail expansion, distribution, inventory availability and day-to-day sales operations. You will work closely with the founders and marketing team to translate the brand’s growth strategy into strong on-ground execution.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Drive consistent month-on-month sales growth across Terrai’s sales channels.
- Identify, onboard and grow new retail, marketplace and quick-commerce channels.
- Expand Terrai’s retail footprint and online listings, ensuring strong availability.
- Manage channel performance and ensure new channels start contributing meaningfully within agreed timelines.
- Oversee inventory planning, stock availability and days of cover to minimise stock-outs and ageing inventory.
- Manage day-to-day sales operations, ensuring orders are fulfilled on time and channel issues are resolved quickly.
- Track sales and channel performance and bring real-time market and channel insights to the founders and marketing team.
- Translate the agreed sales strategy into clear execution plans and consistently deliver against targets.
The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, highly execution-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-growing D2C/beauty environment. You should be able to open doors, build channel relationships, analyse sales numbers, solve operational problems and take ownership of the number.
Key success metrics: sales growth, new channels
opened and scaled, retail footprint, online listings, availability, inventory health and operational execution.
Candidates with prior experience in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics or D2C category will be preferred.
