Ecommerce Executive

We’re looking for a skilled Ecommerce Executive to take ownership of the day-to-day execution of our Shopify and ecommerce projects.
What you’ll do
• Manage and coordinate multiple Shopify/ecommerce projects.
• Coordinate developers, UI/UX designers, graphic designers and clients.
• Track tasks, deadlines, dependencies and project delivery.
• Handle Shopify store operations, updates, products, apps and integrations.
• Conduct QA before client handovers.
• Manage client communication and requirements.
• Identify operational issues and solve them proactively.
• Build and improve internal processes and SOPs.
What we’re looking for
• Strong hands-on understanding of Shopify and ecommerce.
• Excellent project and task management skills.
• Strong communication and client-handling ability.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Problem-solving mindset and strong ownership.
• Experience in an ecommerce brand or agency is preferred.
We’re looking for skill and ownership, not just experience on paper.
