Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize Cop Your Drip’s online store operations, ensuring a smooth and engaging shopping experience. This full-time, on-site role in Nagpur includes responsibilities such as updating product listings, managing inventory, monitoring website performance, and coordinating online promotions and campaigns. The role involves tracking sales metrics, analyzing customer behavior, and recommending improvements to increase conversions and customer satisfaction. The Ecommerce Specialist will collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align online initiatives with in-store activities and brand objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce skills, including product listing management, online merchandising, and familiarity with ecommerce platforms.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, such as understanding sales funnels, upselling and cross-selling techniques, and basic revenue optimization.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, track key performance indicators, and support data-informed decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, problem-solving, and a focus on delivering a positive shopper experience.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective collaboration across teams.
