E-commerce Specialist (Remote)
Location: Remote (India)
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Multilink Solutions Inc. is a leading global networking and IT solutions provider serving customers across North America. We are looking for a motivated E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Shopify and BigCommerce stores.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Newegg.
- Write SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords.
- Manage product catalogs, SKUs, inventory, pricing, and product images.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and product research.
- Monitor marketplace performance and improve product visibility.
- Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to improve content quality and productivity.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversions and overall marketplace performance.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce or Marketplace Management.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Shopify
- BigCommerce
- Amazon Seller Central
- Walmart Marketplace
- eBay
- Newegg
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO for e-commerce product listings.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Google Sheets.
- Experience managing large product catalogs.
