Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and organized E-Commerce & Social Media Executive to manage our online presence and book sales across social media and e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and post book/product photos, videos and promotional content on Instagram and Facebook.
- Manage Paras Publication's Instagram and Facebook pages.
- Upload and manage book listings on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Update product titles, descriptions, images, prices, categories and other listing details.
- Monitor orders, product listings, customer reviews and basic marketplace performance.
- Coordinate with the design and sales teams for new book launches and promotional content.
- Plan and maintain a regular social media posting schedule.
- Research trends, hashtags and content ideas relevant to books and publishing.
- Monitor competitor listings and social media activity.
- Maintain accurate product/catalogue information across all online platforms.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Social Media or Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub preferred.
- Good knowledge of Instagram and Facebook.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools will be an advantage.
- Good written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Creative, organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience in books, publishing, stationery or retail e-commerce is an advantage.
