We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive E‑commerce Assistant to help manage daily operations across multiple global online marketplaces. This role is perfect for someone with basic experience in e‑commerce who wants to grow and take ownership with proper guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day‑to‑day operations on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Target, Home Depot, and eBay
- Create and improve product listings—titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and keyword optimization
- Monitor inventory levels, pricing updates, and competitor activity
- Support order processing, shipment creation, and tracking workflows
- Prepare performance reports and analyze advertising data for meaningful insights
- Respond professionally to customer queries, reviews, and return requests
- Work with internal teams to ensure product content, prices, and catalog details are accurate and updated
Requirements
- Graduation must be completed
- Familiarity with listing tools, inventory systems, and fulfillment processes
- Basic understanding of paid ads and performance metrics (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, etc.)
- Good skills in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis
