Role Description: Position: E-commerce Executive
Experience Required: 1–3 years
CTC/Budget: ₹4–7 LPA
Work Mode: On-site
This is a full-time, on-site E-Commerce Executive role based in the Pune Division. The E-Commerce Executive will manage day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and the FarmDidi website, including product listings, pricing, inventory coordination, and order fulfillment follow-up. The role includes monitoring platform performance, analyzing sales data, optimizing product pages for visibility and conversion, and coordinating with marketing for campaigns and promotions. The E-Commerce Executive will handle customer queries related to online orders, support account health on key marketplaces, and maintain strong relationships with platform partners. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations, supply chain, and finance to ensure smooth online business performance and consistent brand representation.
Qualifications:
A graduate degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or any related field. Relevant certifications (Amazon Seller University, Google Analytics, etc.) are a plus, but what you have done matters more than what your certificate says.
Experience:
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce operations on Amazon or Flipkart. Startup experience is a bonus. If you have independently grown a catalogue or turned around a low-performing ASIN, we want to hear about it.
Platforms & Tools You Should Know
• Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub, confident and fluent
• Amazon PPC / Flipkart Ads Manager for sponsored campaigns
• Shopify or WooCommerce for D2C storefront management
• MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
• Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar keyword and competitor research tools
Technical Skills:
• Strong grasp of marketplace SEO: keyword placement, backend search terms, A+ content
• Ability to read performance dashboards and derive actionable insights from the numbers
• Understanding of inventory planning basics and FBA/FBF logistics
• Comfort with setting up and monitoring paid ad campaigns and interpreting ACOS and ROAS
• Familiarity with return management workflows and customer review handling
Communication:
Clear written and spoken English. You should be able to draft a crisp escalation email, write a compelling product description, and walk a founder through a performance update without needing a script.
Soft Skills
- You treat every listing like it is your own storefront, because at FarmDidi, in many ways it is. You notice what others skip over: a suppressed listing, a price discrepancy, a review that needs a response. You do not wait to be told. You bring problems and solutions together.
