Ormée de Paris is launching a premium luxury handbag brand built on the philosophy of "Uncage Luxury" - quiet elegance that earns attention rather than demands it.
We're looking for an E-Commerce & Brand Marketing Associate to join our founding team in India.
The Role
This is a hybrid role that sits at the intersection of e-commerce operations and digital brand marketing. You'll be the operational backbone of our digital presence, managing everything from marketplace operations to social media strategy to data analysis.
What You'll Do:
E-Commerce Management
- Manage our Shopify website and premium marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Zalora, Myntra Luxe, Ajio Luxe) across India and Singapore
- Own product catalog management, pricing strategy, and inventory optimization
- Execute platform-specific advertisements and promotions
- Track and analyze e-commerce KPIs using Excel and Google Sheets
- Process orders, manage fulfillment, and ensure customer satisfaction
Digital Marketing & Content
- Execute Instagram strategy: 3-4 posts/week, 2-3 reels/week, daily stories
- Write compelling captions and brand storytelling
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and influencers
- Manage social media analytics and optimize content performance
- Support paid marketing campaigns with the performance marketing team
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with website designers, graphic designers, content writers, and marketing experts
- Take meeting minutes and manage action items
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Who We're Looking For
- Experience: 0-2 years (1 year ideal). Fresh graduates with strong internship experience welcome!
- Education: Bachelor's degree from a reputed university
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel & Google Sheets proficiency is mandatory. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or social media management is a plus
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, multitasking pro, excellent communicator, collaborative, and adaptable
- Brand Fit: You resonate with quiet luxury and appreciate craftsmanship over flashiness
