WHO WE ARE
We're a bike rental platform running shared mobility across 20+ cities in 9 states - and we're not done adding pins to the map. Our fleet is 5,000 bikes strong across India, ranging from an Ather all the way up to a BMW.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A creative first, a marketer second. Someone who reads a brief and instantly sees three angles nobody has tried yet - and would rather test the strange one than replay what worked last quarter. Around here a good idea doesn't need a job title attached to it; if it's sharp, it ships.
Past that, the basics: you're excited by digital marketing, you like untangling problems, and you can keep several projects spinning without dropping any. A generalist who knows digital marketing thoroughly, has some hands-on experience behind them, and wants to grow with a team.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING
- Content, start to finish. Write the stuff people actually read, end to end - short-form and long-form. App and website notifications, WhatsApp campaigns, blogs, newsletters, travel itineraries.
- Own CRM. Build and optimise user journeys on Clevertap, then keep the existing ones healthy and dig into how they're performing.
- Make people stay. Execute our retention strategy, measure the impact honestly, and keep making changes so that impact grows over time.
- Live in the numbers. Use tools like Clevertap and Local Brand Manager to build proper reports for internal stakeholders - key performance metrics and the campaign wins worth shouting about.
- Brief the creatives. Work closely with internal teams to gather design requirements, brief our graphic designers, and make sure what comes out is high-quality and on time.
- Show up for events. Help the Business Development and Design teams plan and execute event marketing- on-ground assistance, coordination, and driving promotions across every channel we've got.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 0-3 years of experience in marketing. If you've touched CRM or retention work, that's a strong plus.
- You get our riders. You can picture the person booking the bike - where they're headed, what they're worried about, and what would actually make them tap.
- You think from first principles. You'd rather break a problem down to what's actually true than copy what the last campaign did.
- You come at things sideways. The obvious answer is where you start, not where you finish.
- Basic copywriting skills, with an eye for storytelling and clarity - whether it's 12 words or 1,200.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools (Clevertap experience? Even better.)
- A good eye for design. You don't need to be a designer, but you should know what looks good.
- A sharp, analytical mind - someone who problem-solves and thinks critically.
