Role Description The Dynamics 365 Finance Technical Consultant will work on-site in Mumbai in a full-time capacity, collaborating with functional consultants and business stakeholders to implement and support Dynamics 365 Finance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring technical components, developing customizations and integrations, and providing technical support to resolve system issues. The role involves troubleshooting application and performance problems, participating in testing and deployment activities, and ensuring solutions align with best practices and client expectations. The consultant will also prepare technical documentation, support user training, and assist in pre-sales and solution demonstrations as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements, perform gap analysis, and optimize Dynamics 365 Finance configurations.
- Consulting skills to collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, provide technical recommendations, and participate in client workshops.
- Technical support and troubleshooting capabilities to diagnose system issues, resolve incidents, and maintain stable environments.
- Sales and pre-sales exposure to support solution presentations, respond to technical queries, and contribute to proposals.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (or Dynamics AX), including configuration, extensions, integrations, and data migration.
- Proficiency with related Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, Azure services, and SQL Server is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
