### Role Overview: We are looking for a **Dynamics 365 CRM Technical
Consultant** with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in implementing,
customizing, configuring, and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
solutions, primarily across **Sales and Customer Service**.
### Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize **Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service**.
- Develop CRM customizations using **Dataverse, Power Apps, JavaScript,
Plugins, Custom APIs, Workflows/Power Automate** and other supported
technologies.
- Design and implement **CRM extensions** based on business requirements.
- Develop and support **integrations between Dynamics 365 and external
systems** using APIs, Azure services, middleware, and other integration
technologies.
- Work on CRM entities, forms, views, business rules, business process
flows, security roles, and configurations.
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript and other server/client-side
extensions where required.
- Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable Dynamics
365 solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM customization, integration, and performance
issues.
- Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and
production support.
- Follow Dynamics 365 and Power Platform best practices, including solution
management and ALM.
### Required Skills
- **3-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE.**
- Strong experience with **Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service**.
- Good knowledge of **Dataverse and Power Platform**.
- Strong experience in **CRM configuration and customization**.
- Experience with **Plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate, Custom APIs and CRM
extensions**.
- Good understanding of **REST APIs, web services, JSON/XML and system
integrations**.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party applications.
- Understanding of **security roles, business units, teams, field security
and CRM data model**.
- Experience with **solutions, environments and ALM/deployment processes**.
- Good understanding of Dynamics 365 technical architecture and development
best practices.
### Good to Have
- Experience with **Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps or API
Management**.
- Experience with **Power Apps and Power Platform**.
- Knowledge of **CI/CD and Azure DevOps**.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications.
