Astra Lumina School is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team.

### Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute marketing activities to increase school visibility and admissions
* Conduct field marketing activities in gated communities and nearby areas
* Make calls to prospective parents and follow up on admission enquiries and leads
* Handle lead follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels
* Build relationships with communities, preschools and local partners
* Generate and convert admission leads
* Support school events, promotional activities and marketing campaigns
* Assist with social media and digital marketing activities
* Maintain and update lead and campaign reports
* Coordinate with the admissions team for effective lead conversion
### What We’re Looking For
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident in making calls and communicating with parents
* Strong field marketing and networking abilities
* Ability to interact confidently with parents and community members
* Creative, proactive and target-oriented approach
* Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply
* Experience in education, admissions, telecalling or field marketing will be an advantage
