Position Summary
We are scouting for a portfolio management professional specializing in new product introductions for small and large molecule portfolio,skilled in creating data-driven business-cases and long-term portfolio strategies.
Strong background with Pharma + MBA and a proven ability to deliver actionable strategic insights for portfolio and pipeline decisions.

KEY DELIVERABLES:·
- Therapy Gap analysis with Marketing,identification and selection of potential molecules,off-patent drugs over a 5 year window.
- Analyze market trends, historical differentiation patterns, suitability petitions, and innovator pipeline activities to identify road map for product portfolio.
- Conduct competitive intelligence, therapy landscape assessment, and pipeline analysis.
- Prepare business cases and maintain portfolio trackers to support portfolio strategy.
- Generate market and competitive insights using databases such as IQVIA MIDAS & SMART, IPD, GlobalData, ADIS, QYOBO, Volza, and Cortellis.
INCUMBENT COMPETENCIES:
- BPharma + MBA with exposure to Pharmaceutical Portfolio identification.
- Analysed evolving market trends, competitor companies’ portfolio & disease epidemiological trends to identify unmet medical needs to sustain leadership position in all therapeutic segments.
- Generated insights & competitive intelligence via secondary research, through databases/resources such as IQVIA-IMS, Cortellis, AWACS & investor presentations
ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 15 LPA
