🌿 WE’RE HIRING | DUTY MANAGER – LUXURY RESORT
📍 Location: Jim Corbett, Uttarakhand
💼 Position: Duty Manager
🏨 Department: Front Office / Guest Relations
🕐 Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage complete Front Office operations during the night shift.
• Supervise check-ins, check-outs, late arrivals, early check-ins, and guest requests.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues professionally.
• Lead and supervise Front Office team members.
• Maintain grooming, discipline, and hospitality service standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments.
• Monitor room inventory, reservations, room status, and room readiness.
• Handle VIP guests and special requests.
• Coordinate safari operations and guest movements.
• Monitor billing, cash handling, and Front Office transactions.
• Review night audit reports and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare DSRs, shift reports, guest feedback, and proper handovers.
• Ensure accurate updates in PMS and Front Office systems.
• Handle emergencies and operational issues while ensuring guest safety.
• Escalate major operational issues to the General Manager.
• Ensure a smooth and detailed handover to the morning shift.
🔹 Candidate Requirements
✅ 4+ years of experience in Front Office / Guest Relations
✅ Previous experience as Duty Manager / Assistant Front Office Manager / Front Office Supervisor preferred
✅ Experience in a 4-star/5-star hotel, luxury resort, or premium hospitality property
✅ Resort or safari destination experience will be an advantage
✅ Excellent English communication and guest-handling skills
✅ Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
✅ Good knowledge of PMS, Front Office operations, billing, and night audit
✅ Comfortable working 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM night shift
✅ Professional grooming and strong guest-service orientation
