Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a DSA using Java Trainer based in the Greater Delhi Area. The trainer will design and deliver structured courses and workshops on Data Structures and Algorithms using Java, including lectures, live coding sessions, and problem-solving labs. Daily responsibilities include preparing curriculum materials, creating assignments and assessments, mentoring learners individually and in small groups, and providing feedback on coding style, problem-solving approaches, and performance. The trainer will also develop practice problems, contribute to hackathons and project-based learning, and collaborate with other trainers to align content with industry standards and placement needs. Additional responsibilities may include updating learning resources, participating in curriculum reviews, and supporting academic counseling for learners.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Java programming and in-depth knowledge of core Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring learners in programming, computer science fundamentals, or related technical topics.
- Ability to design structured course content, lesson plans, coding exercises, and assessments tailored to different skill levels.
- Familiarity with competitive programming, coding interview patterns, and industry expectations for software engineering roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Comfort with using online tools, IDEs, version control (e.g., Git), and learning management systems to support instruction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications or relevant teaching credentials are an advantage.
- Prior industry experience in software development or as a programming instructor is highly beneficial.
- Commitment to an inclusive, learner-centered environment and the ability to work collaboratively with academic and placement teams.
